My name is Morgan Rosia and I am currently an analyst at Wells Fargo in NYC working in Leveraged Finance Syndication. I started my career in the Private Wealth Group at Morgan Stanley, which exposed me to the various opportunities that existed in the world of finance. After establishing the desire to take my career in a different direction (and relocate from Houston to NY), I spent countless hours studying different industries, strengthening my technical skillset, and networking with professionals in the industry. I attended Texas A&M University and graduated as a student athlete in 2023 with a BBA in Management Consulting. My name is Rafael Payano, and I’m currently a Management Consultant at Deloitte. I originally hail from the Dominican Republic and grew up in the South Bronx before moving to Western New York to attend SUNY Buffalo, where I majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. In my current role, I help our financial services clients address their most complex challenges around Finance Transformation, M&A Integration, and overall Performance Improvement. I am a Private Equity Senior Associate at Ancient. Previously, I was an investment banking analyst in the Media and Communications group at Morgan Stanley and was previously an investment banking analyst in the TMT group at UBS. I graduated from the University of Richmond in 2020 with a BA in Business Administration with concentrations in finance and accounting.
