BIO

My name is Rafael Payano, and I’m currently a Management Consultant at Deloitte. I originally hail from the Dominican Republic and grew up in the South Bronx before moving to Western New York to attend SUNY Buffalo, where I majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. In my current role, I help our financial services clients address their most complex challenges around Finance Transformation, M&A Integration, and overall Performance Improvement. Outside of work, I dedicate my time to my family and being a mentor to students and junior colleagues.
