BIO

After graduating from Vanderbilt University in 2018 with a BA in Economics, I was fortunate enough to join the buy side as a high yield research analyst at Barings, where I had interned the summer after my junior year. For the past 2.5 years, I’ve sat on the commodities desk where my work has centered around the idea of performing top-down investment due diligence to uncover value opportunities in the chemical and oil field services debt markets. I pursued a post-graduate job in finance because I knew it would provide me with a strong foundation to build off of once I had a better idea of what I truly wanted to do with my career (still working on that). Whether it is more general questions about building a resume and getting started in networking / interviewing or specific questions about the relatively opaque world of debt investing, I’d be happy to help out.
