Sean Hamada

BIO

I am an associate with Vista Equity Partners in New York, focusing on credit and structured equity investments. Prior to joining Vista, I was an associate at GIC Private Equity focused on special situation opportunities, and started my career as an analyst at The Carlyle Group. I graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2021 where I studied economics and was also a member of the club water polo team. Since my university lacked an undergraduate business program, my interest in finance was largely informed by older friends and a number of internships across private equity and investment banking. I have developed a strong appreciation for mentors and am always happy to be a resource for all.
