My name is Flora Cho. I am currently a private credit associate at Benefit Street Partners and was previously an investment banking analyst in Leveraged Finance Group at Wells Fargo Securities (NYC). I graduated from the University of Richmond in 2018 with a BS in business administration with finance concentration and leadership studies. I pursued a career in finance because I wanted to learn the backbone of what drives a business. As a candidate from a non-target school, a woman and a person of color, I am able to provide advice on how to get your foot in the door and successfully navigate the industry as a professional.
